PGA & LPGA Director of Instruction, Craft Farms
Born in Green Bay, Wisconsin, Kristi grew up an all-around athlete in softball, basketball and volleyball, and became an engineer by trade before she ever picked up a golf club. A year after her first round she turned pro — and she has now spent more than twenty years teaching as an LPGA/PGA Class A Teaching Professional, completing both the PGA and LPGA programs.
Kristi learned from many of the game's greats, including Jim Flick, Mike Malaska, Manuel de la Torre, Hank Haney and sports psychologist Jay Brunza. As Director of Instruction at Craft Farms, she coaches the complete package — swing mechanics, fitness, mental toughness and course management — tailored to the fact that no two golf swings are alike.
Above all, Kristi is dedicated to making the game and the learning experience genuinely enjoyable for every golfer who joins us at Craft Farms Golf Club!
3 days of world-class golf instruction at Craft Farms Golf Club in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
Motor learning research proves 3 consecutive days creates lasting muscle memory — your brain needs 48-72 hours to lock in new swing patterns. Spread lessons over months? You lose 60% of progress between sessions. Intensive 3-day format? Skills stick permanently.
Bottom line: 3 days isn't arbitrary — it's the optimal window for your brain to rewire your golf swing for good.
Master what you learned on the range with live coaching on the course. The key differentiator is that most instruction happens in artificial environments. We offer you real-world application where our students learn to execute under actual playing conditions — which is the only place golf scores are made.
Personalized morning range coaching for longer, straighter shots.
Helping you get in a better scoring position, since 40%–60% of your shots come from within 100 yards. We want to make sure you build the confidence to get up and down with ease, putting you in the best position to lower your handicap.
Putting accounts for roughly 30-40% of every round you play — and the average golfer wastes 3+ strokes per round on the greens alone. We help you master this critical skill and watch those bogeys turn into pars.
Schedule may vary based on options chosen at checkout. A full itinerary will be provided two weeks prior to the event based on packages selected.
Arrive at your destination and prepare for three days that will change your golf game forever.

Walk away with:
Your game is going to improve in these three days. That part happens on the range, in real time, under your coach's eye — not months from now.
The question is what happens to that improvement once you're back home, back to your normal routine, without a coach standing next to you. That's where most golfers lose ground — not because the changes didn't work, but because there's no one making sure they stick.
Disclaimer: Results reflect average student progress over 12 months; individual results will vary based on starting handicap, practice consistency, and frequency of play.
So we don't just send you home and hope for the best. For a full year after your school, our coaching staff stays in your corner. You'll have direct, ongoing access to:
Think of the three days as where the transformation happens, and the year after as the momentum that keeps it compounding.
Most golfers plateau because they peak the week of a lesson and slowly drift back. Our students keep climbing — hitting levels in their game they never thought were possible, long after they've left us. That's the difference between a good three days and a genuinely better golfer for life.
Gulf Shores, Alabama
Craft Farms Golf Club is home to 36 holes of championship golf and Alabama's only Arnold Palmer Signature Design courses — Cotton Creek and Cypress Bend. Palmer decided to build here the moment he stepped foot on the land.
Cotton Creek stretches over 7,000 yards from the tips with rolling, tree-lined fairways and large undulating greens, while Cypress Bend — rated 4½ stars by Golf Digest — winds through cord-grass accented lakes that come into play on nearly every hole.
What sets us apart from other getaway experiences is our unique itinerary. We offer a one-of-a-kind schedule.
After lunch at the Craft Farms Clubhouse, it's out to the course for a round of golf to practice your new skills in a real-life setting.
Whether you've heard of Craft Farms or this is your first time, you are in for an absolutely extraordinary treat.
For three days you can consider Craft Farms Golf Club your home course and enjoy everything these Golf Digest–rated Arnold Palmer layouts have to offer.
Located just north of the white sand beaches of Gulf Shores, Alabama, Craft Farms is a quiet escape on the Gulf Coast — fresh coastal breezes, warm winter sunshine, and the gentle murmur of Cotton Creek running through the property.
In addition to world-class golf instruction, the TTG Golf School presents a premier resort experience hosted at Craft Farms Golf Club — two championship courses designed by one of the most beloved golfers of all time.
Included in your registration fee are 3 days of golf instruction and training at Craft Farms Golf Club, and 6 meals which include breakfast and lunch.
Both courses play on dwarf Bermuda greens with numerous lakes meandering throughout the property, staggered tee boxes for every level, and plenty of risk/reward opportunities. Back at the newly renovated plantation-style clubhouse, the Bar & Grill overlooks Cotton Creek's 18th green and serves regional favorites — don't leave without trying the world-famous onion rings.
From serious golfers to families and beginners, Craft Farms Golf Club delivers an authentic, unforgettable experience — where Arnold Palmer's architecture meets the relaxed coastal charm of Gulf Shores, Alabama.
You're probably wondering what it costs to enroll in the Top Tier Golf School.
Before we get into that, let's make sure you understand exactly what you're getting — because this isn't a 3-day golf school. It's a full year-long improvement program, and the in-person event is just where it kicks off.
Here's everything included:
If you priced all of this out separately — a private training coach, a premium multi-day school, and a full year of 1-on-1 coaching — it would easily run $7,000 or more.
But here's the good news: while this is a premium, complete improvement program, we want it to be accessible to the everyday golfer — not just the guys who can afford a $7,000 price tag.
