Having picked up the game at the young age of 3, Matt has dedicated over twenty-five years and tens of thousands of hours to helping others play their best golf. A seasoned Class-A PGA Professional, he began his career opening Hartefeld National in Pennsylvania before establishing his first elite academy in 2000. Since bringing his passion south to North Carolina, Matt has held prestigious coaching roles at top-tier coastal facilities, including the esteemed Bald Head Island Country Club.
Matt is also recognized as a Top 50 Operation 36 Master Coach, a distinction reflecting his elite expertise in structured player development and modern, results-driven golf instruction.
